Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor who was known for playing a wide range of roles across film TV, theatre, and film. Her work was recognized with many awards, among them an Emmy Award, the Daytime Emmy Award as well as a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who was born on the 25th of May 1969. She died august 11th, 2022. Her first recognition came in the role of Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love of the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991) and she was the recipient of two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953 was an American actress from the United States. She is best known for her character as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). Her mother is the actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart started her acting career at an early age. When she was four, her first acting role was on screen in T is for Tumbleweed. This short subject film was nominated for an academy award. The actress learned to manage the company from her mother during the shoot. Lockhart has even appeared on several Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 1973 was her first film. The Sixth Sense starred her as Joan Crawford's Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. Joan acted in this episode in her final appearance. There is a popular belief that Anne did not want to play the part of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's film Halloween in 1978, which was later cast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that Anne rejected his proposal to play Laurie Strode. Anne cannot remember John Carpenter having contacted her nor offering the role. It could be that her agent rejected the role away without informing Anne. Glen Larson chose her initially and then sent her a draft written script. She was to appear in the television series Battlestar Galactica, which aired beginning in 1978. The role was initially rejected as the character wasn't that powerful. Then Glen made a different part just for her with an even stronger character called Sheba. The Living Legend, the first 25 pages of which she had read, was immediately accepted. It lasted for just one season. The actress starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the movie Joyride (1977) and co-starred along with Michael Moriarty in the horror film The Dark Tower (1987).
